How To Withdraw From UBA Dollar Prepaid Card To Bank Account

UBA has stopped allowing customers to withdraw over the center from the UBA Dollar Prepaid card, in this video, I show you How To Withdraw From UBA Dollar Prepaid Card To your Bank Account

To do this, you will need a Skrill account and a domiciliary account.

Step 1: Create, verify and activate your Skrill account. Click here to learn how to create and activate Skrill

Skrill allows both depositing and withdrawing, unlike some other services like PayPal and Payoneer.

Step 2: After creating your Skrill account, you can now deposit money into their Skrill account from you UBA prepaid card. For deposits from card you are charged 2.5% of any amount deposited in fees

Step 3: Since it is possible to withdraw from Skrill, you can then initiate a withdrawal request into your Nigerian Domiciliary Account or back into your UBA prepaid card (If for any reason you want to do that)

IMPORTANT NOTES
1. You can choose to exchange your USD for Naira on Skrill at the official bank rates and then withdraw to your Naira account. As of today (18th December 2022) the exchange rate is 424.20 on Skrill as shown below.

2. Alternatively, you can withdraw to your domiciliary account, then withdraw the foreign currency from your account cash over the counter at the bank, and exchange for higher rates on the black/parallel market. This is significantly more profiting than exchange for Naira directly on Skrill.

3. Skrill does not allow linking foreign US accounts for Nigerians, there is no US option in the list of countries, only United States Outlying Islands, which technically isn’t a country. So this means that most of the virtual or actual US accounts you might have like from Grey.co, Geegpay.com etc will not work on Skrill.
